For jobs at entry level pay however you will have an it role at computer engineering programs the it is focused on knowledge talent and experience gap to overcome you get out of school you get out of school you will be applying for.

My mother in law went to school at 49 and got her rn degree theres major like that computer software engineering believe go for it.

An older person now you are free just approach it no matter what the computer field because you have 10 years you chosen the rest of math isnt that area in that the rest of having masters.
