Is there a computer software I could go buy that makes making beats very simple?

I dont mind going to a store to purchase some software as long as its less that 20 dollars. I need something simple. I don’t want to have to play a piano to make some beats, because god knows that I dont know how. I dont want to download anything from the web either. I want it to be out the store and agiain very very simple and easy to use, but yet makes good beats!

   For knowing how to make chords and how to get the piano is structures best way you ask on hustle and notes cause those are basic for the music theory and notes cause those are basic for it one thing you should find some music theory and notes cause those are.
