Should I major in Computer software engineering or computer programming to become a videogame programmer?

I find that computer programming degrees are everywhere, but much less for software engineering. which would be better to take to become a videogame programmer?

Note: Game Design and Development is not an option for me to major in as in I plan to go to college in-state and there are none in indiana.
