Trouble with my FLY Fusion Pentop Computer Software?

Whenever I try to download the software that goes with my FLY Fusion Pentop Computer, I get this error:

“Download not complete due to possible network disconnection. Please try again when the problem is resolved”

But I can obiviously go onto the internet. I don’t know what it wants me to do. I want to get some stuff on there before we have to leave for my grandparents house in 30 minutes.
