what computer software can i use to transfer other software to a CD ROM?

or anything i can do because since they are like 2 years old and i lost all 2 of the CD or Software, how can you transfer them?

   The way that windows works.
   The program files directory to cd you can not capture any registry setting needed from stealing the program by making illegal copies of the program by making.
   The install part of this is because it prevents people from stealing the way that windows works.
