What computer software do I need to make videos with music and put it on a DVD?

My wife is in Iraq and I want to make a DVD with video music slideshows all that stuff. What software do I use to make this and what do I need along with it?

   It is very good and price is 49.99$.

   The nexxtex is free from microsoft and you need camera then the proper distance away and recorded under ten dolllars another program if you want to the audio sound is still.
