   Try Microsoft Publisher You can probably get a free trial off the internet, and you can buy it as part of the “microsoft office suite.” (Just make sure Publisher is mentioned on the box)

   I haven’t used it in a while, so I could be wrong, however, I am pretty sure you can make magazines on it.

   There are many software to publish a news letter ( publisher is not one of them it is for designing a brochures or a card but not news letter)
   Go to search
   Print “newsletter publishing software” you get hundreds
   Good luck
