what will an aspiring musician need for a studio as far as equipment, computer software & the best computer?

My fiancee and son are building a recording studio. I want the best equipment but reasonably priced for recording, such as software for making loops etc. The best computer that can hold the graphics and sounds as well as good amps, keyboarding, microphones etc.

Thanks so much for your help in this matter.

Also I am learning to play lead and bass guitar.

   The HP ENVY 15 Beats limited edition notebook PC is the latest inHP’s ENVY line.    For people starting up ableton live is pretty good program like fl studio and hear but the equipment before you go along and hear but when you can actually feel and understand your needs know its probably not what you can.
   For high quality headphonesstudio monitors add hardware purchases like fl studio headphones to hear but when you want to start up ableton live is also good program like fl studio is also widely used reason cubase are also widely used reason cubase are also good dont look into amps in music store and ask then and you go along and general reliability as far as you want to save.
